Fall Crew 1: Crosscutting!

This week, our crew learned and got certified as crosscut sawyers. After taking an online course, we got trained and certified in the field. It was so much fun! Because of this, we now get to spend the rest of our season cutting trees and clearing corridor for a brand new trail through the Eagle's Nest Wilderness, which is a BIG deal, as new trails in wilderness areas don't happen very often. It was a good week.
