I met a project partner named Ryan this summer, and he inspired me. Ryan is only twenty years old and already has a very good job with the National Parks Service at Dinosaur National Monument. I have spent a lot of time in my life coming up with reasons as to why I wouldn't be able to pursue a certain career. Ryan shows that nothing can keep you from pursuing whatever career you want and creating the life for yourself that you know you deserve. RMYC as a whole encourages through its people and ideas that anyone can build their life outside of what is normally expected from society and working with project sponsors such as Ryan can greatly help to encourage those thoughts in myself and others.
